My birthday yesterday was great. Just going to my favourite sandwich shop for lunch (I am so going there after the exams, buying a huge stack of sandwiches and then putting £10 in their tip box. They are so amazing.) then shopping with Beccy, then cross-stitch and watching The Prestige ("So, it's about Batman and Wolverine getting it on?" "... if by Batman and Wolverine, you mean 'magicians who happen to have the same actors', and by 'getting it on', you mean 'being embroiled in a deadly rivalry', then... yes.") and finally going off to see Indiana Jones, which I actually really liked. ( In several ways that really surprised me. SPOILORZ! )

One thing though. When I was there, getting ice-cream and about to go in, I caught a glimpse of the other screen, where they were about to show Iron Man. And for a second - A SECOND - I was tempted to go and see that instead. I AM ADDICTED THIS IS SERIOUS.

But now I'm just chilling. My computer has already given me the lovely birthday present of a virus, but Norton dealt with it pretty quickly.

I've also been playing one of the Nintendo DS games I bought for myself yesterday, Drawn to Life. It's good, and, well, ( unusual. )

My parents are coming up to see me this weekend, I'm going out with them tomorrow. Then Monday... back to revision for Emperors & Dynasties on Tuesday. Which I am so screwed for. OH WELL.
